I’m the woman in Vermont raising miniature cows – Dexters. We have 4 of them, and two are heifer calves from last year, and two are pregnant mothers. We hand milk the mothers, and they produce about 1.5 to 2 gallons per day.

This is a very cool blog/website. I love it.

This comment is for Andrew. Following Linda’s and my visit to your farm for Barncast 102 I did some research on digital audio recorders and found this neat device for less than $200. It’s the Zoom H2 pocket sized field recorder with surround sound capability. You may know about this already, but if not you may enjoy the review at:

I rally enjoyed the views of the interior of your barn. It reminds me a lot of my uncle’s barn from when I was a kid. It was amazing all of the things that could be found in that old barn. Thanks for the shots!
